Greenleaf Trust places great emphasis on impartial investment research and analysis. We conduct our own exhaustive in-house research, which enables us to avoid conflicts of interest and questionable promotions. In order to select the best combination of investments for each portfolio, we meticulously examine thousands of individual stocks and mutual funds, as well as individual fixed income securities from various perspectives, taking into account historic trends and performance within industry segments.
Our Research Analysts, all of whom are CFA charter holders, are responsible for the identification and ongoing due diligence of all investments used in the management of client portfolios. This is all done within the constructs of Greenleaf Trust’s Investment Policy, which provides the dynamic framework for our investment management processes and philosophies.
