Administrative Support Technician – Operations

The administrative support technician is responsible for contributing to the comprehensive trust administration services by establishing clients’ accounts and facilitating clients’ asset transfers. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years of operations experience in a financial services environment with some trust operations experience preferred, or equivalent education and experience.

Participant Services Coordinator
The participant services coordinator will provide education and communication services to participants of the various retirement plans serviced by Greenleaf Trust. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, conducting retirement plan educational meetings, meeting with plan participants, developing and presenting educational and informational materials, managing participant call center, and coordination and scheduling of other resources relating to participant services.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree and minimum 3 years experience in retirement plan administration or recordkeeping, or equivalent education and experience. Working knowledge of investment and/or retirement plans desirable. Experience with Sungard Relius or equivalent participant recordkeeping system desired. Long periods of time sitting in car while traveling. Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds is required for transporting materials. The position often requires full day or overnight travel, approximately 40% of time, to meet with clients outside of the general area

Team Service Coordinator
If you like to create positive relationships with clients and coworkers, and you are skilled in coordinating the efforts and workflow of partnering teams while providing comprehensive, proactive service, we would like you to consider this position. Team service coordinators are responsible for daily independent decisions related to servicing clients and are an integral part of the client centric team.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years professional office experience or equivalent education and experience. Prior financial services and customer service experience preferred, but not required.
